Since their establishment in Ocean View in 2009, DVS has provided a platform for emerging artists without access to the music industry to collaborate and record their own tracks. Today, they have expanded to include young MCs from Lavender Hill, Steenberg, Coniston Park and the G.L.A (Greater Lavender Hill Area).
